Caleb oversees distribution activities across the country, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to business targets. With a strong background in project management and a passion for mentoring young advisers, he aims to simplify financial advice, prioritising client interests.
Digby Butcher
Head of Mortgages
With over a decade of experience as a mortgage adviser, Digby is passionate about property and helping Enva’s clients get ahead financially. He leads a team of mortgage advisers who help clients buy their first home, review their current mortgage structure and invest in property.
Thomas Stiven
Senior Manager
Thomas liaises with the Head of Distribution to develop the Auckland and Tauranga Offices. Thomas works with our associates, advisers and marketing division to recruit, train and build teams.
Hamish McGlinchy

Hamish brings a wealth of hands-on experience to his role, having been in the financial services industry since 2015. He's genuinely passionate about mentoring his team, and helping them master the ins and outs of financial advice, all while keeping clients' needs firmly at the heart of everything they do.
Michael Nuy
Senior Manager
Mike joined the team as an adviser and after becoming one of our top performers, was promoted to the management team in Christchurch. Since then, he has relished the opportunity to apply his knowledge and skills, helping his team to achieve a high standard.

After excelling as a top financial adviser, Kadin moved to Wellington to help launch the lower North Island office where he discovered his passion for management. He loves building teams with a focus on creating a great office culture to drive high standards and performance.
