We are looking for an individual with drive and energy who will work alongside a team of 100 Insurance Advisers referring hot leads every day – our top advisers write over $80 million annually!
Whilst this is a salaried role, high performers are rewarded generous bonuses for getting clients what they need.

About you: 

• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Adviser or a lending professional within the banking industry
• Level 5 Certificate in residential property lending required upon commencement; current students and those yet to start are encouraged to apply
• You are a natural communicator who loves talking to clients and really helping them
• You understand that you drive your own revenue – the more clients you help, the more you get in bonuses
• A resilient, sales driven aptitude
• You love the work you do and your work ethic reflects this

We will provide comprehensive training on top of the skills you should already have.

What we are looking for is a motivation to achieve and a drive to get lending applications across the line.

Applicants for this position should be Permanent Residents or New Zealand Citizens.
