Financial Adviser – entry level

Our Auckland team is currently looking to welcome a new cohort of driven Financial Advisers for the February 2027 intake. Recruitment for these roles has started now as level 5 qualifications need to be completed first. We will help support you in this journey to really set you up in a financial advisory career at the start of next year.

This is a salaried role and high performers will be rewarded with generous quarterly bonuses for supporting clients in finding the right financial solutions.

Main responsibilities:

• Meet with clients face-to-face or on video to analyse their needs and tailor financial solutions for them
• Build lasting relationships with clients, checking in on how their plans are going
• Educate your clients on protection planning and wealth accumulation for how best they can plan for their retirement
• Make use of the weekly referrals / leads that come your way to establish great client relationships

About you:

• A commitment to get a level 5 in financial services qualification under your belt (we can help you with this)
• Excellent communication skills
